Thato Disability Foundation is a South African non-profit organisation founded by Pastor Freddy Tema to support people living with disabilities and vulnerable members of our communities.
Built on a passion for service, we provide practical support, counselling, advocacy and empowerment initiatives that help individuals and families face life's challenges with dignity.
Working alongside communities, churches, businesses and government institutions, we are committed to creating opportunities, strengthening families and building a more inclusive society where everyone has the chance to thrive.

OUR MISSION
Thato Disability Foundation is committed to improving the lives of people living with disabilities and vulnerable members of our communities by providing practical support where it is needed most. Through food and essential supplies, disability support, counselling, advocacy, education and community development, we aim to restore dignity and give people the opportunity to move forward.
We believe meaningful change happens when communities work together. By building partnerships with families, churches, businesses, healthcare providers, government institutions and other organisations, we create stronger support networks and opportunities that can make a lasting difference in people’s lives.
Thato Disability Foundation is a registered South African non-profit organisation committed to serving people living with disabilities and vulnerable communities. Registered with the Department of Social Development, we remain dedicated to making a meaningful difference through community support, empowerment and inclusion.
Thato Disability Foundation was founded by Pastor Freddy and Zikhona Tema, whose passion for serving others has shaped the foundation's commitment to restoring hope, dignity and opportunity within the community. Through their leadership and dedication to community outreach, the foundation continues to support people living with disabilities, vulnerable families and individuals in need.
